What is Footensal 5.5 ?An indoor leasure sport coming from football and to be played with 5 players v.5 in a closed space mesauring from 320 sq.ft. to 890 sq.ft, with a height of 12ft and with the help of the low (4.5 ft) partitions situated on the perimetre of the ground to allow the ball to rebound. Goal cages are 6 ft to 9 ft wide, with a height of 6 ft.

Surrounding walls :
The lower partition is 40mmm (1.60 in) thick, 1.20 m (4 ft) high, made of panels covered with 2 metallic smooth white lacquered sides, and alllow acceptable rebounds of the ball and a very satisfactory noise level.
The external meshed (120x120) net, 1.80 m (6 ft) high, is held up by horizontal cables clad in steel.
The upper meshed (150x150) net is held up by the upper row of cablesclad in steel belonging to the external net.
The door is fitted with 4 aluminium hinges , a lock with access from the inside (with no protruding part) as well as from the outside. It opens towards the inside and, when locked, rests on a metallic frame, thus vouching for the solidity of the wall.
Goal cages, 2m or 3m (6 ft or 9ft) wide, 2m (6ft) high, are red-coloured and inserted into the lower partition.

There is no official league. The game can be adapted as suits you but in any case :

the ball must always be on the move and is given back to the opponent as soon as it hits the net
